Hi, everyone,

I'm attaching both the executive committee and the business meeting
agendas for your review. Please let me know before Wednesday at noon
(MDT) if I need to make changes.

I'm requesting that all standing reports be emailed prior to the
meeting, if possible. (Karen has already emailed the treasurer's report.
Let me know if you need a copy.) We did this early exchange last year,
and it seemed to make the meeting progress quickly. We may have a few
issues to cover as we work through the standing committee reports, so I
expect the meeting will still run 1 to 1.5 hours.

Please note that the room for the executive committee meeting has
changed from Meadows to Northrop, which is also on the 2nd floor at the
Radisson.
